As part of a day-long event showcasing pioneering research in the field of Black British History, catch members of the Young Historians Project present our findings so far on the hidden history of African women and the British Health Service between 1930-2000. 

Sociology in the Archives: Black and Asian activism by and for young people

Catch Young Historians Project take part in this day-long workshop, which aims to bring together scholars working on Black and Asian movements since the 1960s to examine both the history of activism for and by young people and reflections on this research, with an emphasis on research methods and particularly archives and oral history methods.
